Write the downside first

Neighbourhood guides that mention traffic, humidity, and renovation rules — on purpose.

Property sites love adjectives. Beranda’s neighbourhood guides start with a short "worth knowing" box instead: rush-hour traffic, damp air near the coast, heritage rules on old houses.

It felt risky in the first draft. In testing it did the opposite of scaring people — it made the positive parts believable.

Each guide also shows a price range computed from the listings in that area, and travel times labelled as estimates outside rush hour.

Honest copy is a design decision. Put the downside where people look first, and they will read the rest.
